car has been towed into a recovery centre where mechanics have had it for 2weeks and think it is the ECU I think the car should not have been jump started and certainly not bump started, incidently neither has worked and I am afraid of damage to the car. It is not with a qualified Dodge repair centre which also bothers me as it seems they are unable to solve the problem and so are trying everything which could do further damage.
after standing for a few months car won't start.Tried jump start and bump start on 2008 Dodge Caliber

Can the engine be turned manually (wrench on crank bolt) ???

Try cam sensor back right side if you vae a 1.8 l not so much the sensor but the wiring in the harness
