2007 Volkswagen Rabbit Question: after replacing the battery driver side switches refuse to work/ including fuel

no windows no locks or fuel door from left drivers door.

    CK ALL FUSES. DID YOU CROSS THE BATTERY CABLES?

    we checked the fuses and the battery cables are correct. thank you for the help

    Did you even touch the cables to the wrong terminals when installing it? If so, recheck ALL fuses, IF this happened just after battery swap. If it looks like a fuse, check it!

    we used multi-meter and found no open fuse. no we did not touch either cable to anything except battery it's self

    No problems before the battery swap, right? Windows work from the other switches?

    yes the other switches work fine but I can not get drivers window to go up.
