After driving for 5 hours engine light came on with overheating and reduced pwr on 2005 Ford Explorer

Vehicle would not go over 20 mph. Engine reading overheating and light said oil pressure low. After sitting for 1 hour, sane lights came on but engine was cool. What is going on?

Thanks Ramp Dog. I will have the dealership look at this. I appreciate the advice as I have a five hour drive back home and can't imagine being on the highway doing 20 mph.
