Advanced Transmission Reapair
We broke down on 95 near 520.. We called Factory Direct Transmission at almost 10 pm. They answered the phone and sent a tow truck to pick up our 02 GMC. They checked out the van, gave us an estimate that we could live with and repaired our vehicle with in 24 hours. They were proffessional, honest, fast, affordable and I would recommend them to anyone who may need this kind of repair.

Id like to thank Eric for his outstanding customer service. I originally went to a sub par trans repair shop who gave me yoyoing prices on the repair. I got in contact with Eric and he gave me quite a bit of information that helped me to decide that his shop was definitely the better shop. So far I see why they have an A rating with the BBB. My vehicle hasn't been worked on yet, but will soon. If their customer service is any indication of their work ethic, you can plan on seeing Factory Direct around for a long long time.
