Advanced Auto, a family owned business, understands that car repair can be stressful and will do everything possible to make their customers feel welcome, comfortable, and satisfied with their service experience. They offer a shuttle service if you find yourself in need of a ride and should you decide to wait while your vehicle is being serviced, wireless internet access is available in their waiting area.

  We have taken our 02 Toyota Camry and 01 Lexus to the shop couple of times. Before that we have burned our fingers couple of times with the dealer service centers where we were being advised wrongfully and jobs performed which were not absolutely required. When we have started to make a definitive opinion on car repair industry in this country, we have found Travis, Jason and team through Repairpal and then one of the reviewer here also recommended them highly.

  As a team they are bluntly honest, suggest backed by profound research, supremely efficient and quality conscious about their job, make one feel homely, explain and educate the work required to be done and always ask the right price. Sometime we have compared their prices with estimator and online prices of the part, they were always on the correct side of the pricing. They are absolutely honest and their integrity is unquestionable. We feel honored to be associated with them and will never go anywhere if we continue to stay in MA. We highly recommend them and feel that if one believes in trust and quality are essential ingredients of a service, visit Advanced Auto.

  I have been taking all my family’s cars to Jason & Luke since they opened. They keep my 2001 Accord running (almost) like new @ 184,000 mi. and treat our new Forester better than a dealer would (for a lot less $$). I always receive solid explanations of what is needed/was done and the price is reasonable. They have repeated work at N/C if needed to support replacement part warranties or just to make a customer happy sometimes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else unless forced.

  have taken my car to Advanced Auto in Uxbridge, Mass. for several yrs now & they're the best around. work done right first time and they are reasonalbly priced, in fact the oil change is lowest in the area

  I've taken my cars here for a while now. It's a little bit of a drive for me, but it's worth it. They are very knowledgeable and are really good at giving me information on what needs to be done right away and what may be starting to wear and to keep an eye on and/or plan and budget for.

  They ended up noticing a problem that I had at a different repair shop. They brought me into their bay and they showed me exactly the issues that were happening, and they told me to go back to the other place and have them fix it because it was their mistake, and they gave me the paperwork. It was a very good experience with Advanced Auto.

  They did a decent job and they answered the questions. They were good. I asked them to not put the computer on in the cab because I knew what was wrong with it but they put it on anyway and didn't charge me. They did more than they had to.
