  I would like to say the repair they made didn't fix my problem. It was an emissions issue. They assured me that this repair would fix my problem. It didn't, and I had to go back in for a second repair that was equally expensive. That didn't fix it either. It ended up being something simple. I was recommended to use this shop by several people who have had great experiences so I'm puzzled about my experience.

  I wish they had gone over the prices of a battery for me. I came in using the criteria for the type of car I had. I wish they had gone over the price differences for the batteries available. The service was good and it was installed very quickly. It was more expensive than I expected.

  A friend recommended this shop, and while the service and quality of work were good, the prices were through the roof, well outside the ranges of the estimates provided here (even after a discount). Too bad I didn't find Repair Pal until after I had the work done!
