  I was told by your shop that I needed a new battery but when I took my vehicle to Autozone to buy a battery, they tested it and said that they could not in good conscience sell me a battery because there was nothing wrong with mine. My brother is a service writer for a dealership in Greeley. He looked over my vehicle after you did. He agreed with some of your suggestions but not all and thought your prices were on the high side. I have had good service in your shop before and you are very conveniently located but as a woman, I find it very hard to trust the reccommendations that you give me without feeling like you are after an up-sell.

  Was 10 minutes early for my appointmet. Addison found a dangerous situation with my tires, suggested I was driven to/fom home in their courtesy van. No charge, except for new tire. They reprogrammed the vehicle's on-board computer FREE!

  As others have noted, Addison's isn't cheap. My car is over ten years old and, hence, has a couple of ''issues.'' While I don't like the waiting room shake-down for additional repairs, I don't mind being told of repairs that should be addressed...somewhere down the road. That's how I knew about the repairs I came to Addison to fix...and fix them they did!

  Alfredo Acevedo was great to work with and paid close attention to my concerns about my car. He actually came out, sat in my car to hear the noise I was talking about. When previously I had brought it in for the same noise, I was told it was something totally irrelevant and potentially costing me a significant amount of money to repair. Thanks Alfredo!!

  As I waited in the customer lounge, I was told that the service would take approximately a half hour. Two and a half hours later I was informed, and only after asking, that someone went to lunch and forgot to inform me or anyone else that the service had been completed. Not good!!

  I took my car there before a long trip to New Mexico and I told Alfredo that i wanted to make sure that my car was capable of making the trip and I was willing to spend money to do so. He looked at the car and assured me if i got an oil change and tune up the car would make many trips. On the way back the last 60 miles of the the trip my car started popping gears. I called him asking him if there was anything he can do to help me since he assured my care would make the trip. He said, and i quote, "There is nothing we can do for you since your car pretty much made it back." I had to sell the car for $800 dollars giving me a $2500 loss. Thanks for nothing. I will do the complete opposite of recommend this shop to anyone. I am appalled by the way I was was treated. I lost my my Honda as a result. Do not take your car here!!!!

  Addison is awesome!! They went over and beyond to solve problems with my Toyota RAV 4! The staff is wonderful and treat you with respect and kindness. Their shuttle is certainly a boost as you cannot always find a ride to and from car repair. Addison has my undying loyalty as a customer. Top to bottom this is a wonderful business, great work, great customer service and very fair pricing!

  I was given incorrect information about the repair needed which resulted in me having to return on a later date to have the work completed. I originally took my vehicle in around a holiday and I feel as though they didn't want to do the repair that day because they wanted to leave early.

  I came in for repairs on my front bumper and the service was superior! They were professional, friendly, honest, and quoted me half of what other places were quoting me. The rental car service was all set up for me when I got there as well. When I got my car back, they had cleaned and vacuumed the interior as well as washed the exterior. The bumper looked awesome! Wow is all I can say. I've been referring my friends and family to them ever since.

  Addison was the 3rd shop I went to - the 1st quoted me an $1100 A/C problem. The 2nd said it was the harmonic balancer ($230) but also needed a new timing belt ($400). Addison confirmed the harmonic balancer but didn't try to sell me a timing belt - they advised me when exactly in the future I'd need to replace it. They are honest! Plus they gave me a ride back and forth from the shop. Courteous, friendly, and honest - I'll come back here!

  We have been taking our cars (Audi, VW, Saab) to Addison Auto for many years. Jim and Brenda Addison run the best, most professional and customer care oriented shop in town. They provide a wide range of services from oil changes to major body work. I know that I will always be taken good care of when I take my car to Addison.
