2004 Scion xA Question: Add ons to the 60,000 mile service of my Scion

Is it expected that, in addition to the regular service, I would need my brake fluid flushed (says there is H20 in my brake fluid) a new cabin filter and a belt replacement? The special price weekend, suddenly became very expensive.

    The brake fluid should be replaced every 30,000 miles or two years, the cabin air filter at least every 15,000 and the drive belt at 60,00 is about right too, but that can depend more on the condition of the belt.

    Scion XA has a Drive Chain not a belt
