This shop is family owned and run so you won't run into some pushy sales person. They don't make you feel stupid for asking questions. They also will give you a quote on repairs or services and help you decide the least expensive way to keep your car running. I had several thing s that needed to be done but some were more urgent than others. The dealership always made me feel scared to leave without doing it ALL...right now! They listed what needed to be done in the order of importance so I could do them as I could afford them.
Acute Auto Care has excellent service not only in providing quality service for the car, but also in welcoming clients, explaining the process and exactly what will be done, exactly what the charge will be and then honoring their commitments in all aspects of the encounter. Excellent service - I highly recommend them.
If you are like me who does not know much about Auto Mechanism and don't want to sell your old car in fear of repairs you must use Acute Auto care. They will gain your trust in no time and make you realize if need be they are there to take care of your car repair most efficiently, inexpensively and most importantly you wont feel wondering if you were conned.
I was having problems with the security system on my CRv. Took it to three different Honda dealers. They couldn't find the problem. Had heard about this shop on the Honda beat website, so I thought, why not...give them a shot at correcting the problem. I took the CRv in and within 10 minutes, they had it in the shop. Before my wife could pick my up, they had already found the problem. A faulty door switch. Why couldn't the dealers find this? Did they even try to find the problem? Or just try to reset the alarm? Don't know. The owner and the mechanic there both had come from a local Honda dealer, so I trust that they have the training they need to work on Hondas.
