I was having problems with the security system on my CRv. Took it to three different Honda dealers. They couldn't find the problem. Had heard about this shop on the Honda beat website, so I thought, why not...give them a shot at correcting the problem. I took the CRv in and within 10 minutes, they had it in the shop. Before my wife could pick my up, they had already found the problem. A faulty door switch. Why couldn't the dealers find this? Did they even try to find the problem? Or just try to reset the alarm? Don't know. The owner and the mechanic there both had come from a local Honda dealer, so I trust that they have the training they need to work on Hondas.
