    Doug has been servicing my Lexus since 1993. I drive from the East Bay to get my car serviced at Acura by Doug. It’s a long haul, but it is indeed worth it. He has always given me fabulous service and dependable work. I am picky about how my car is taken care of, Doug understands this and is very conscientious and thorough. It is a good feeling to drop off you car and have complete confidence in the repair facility and the skills/knowledge of the mechanic. As long as I have known him, he has worked on a variety of cars. Everyone I have referred there comes back with all good things to say. I also appreciate the fact that the lot is completely fenced for security and the building is very close to the freeway exit. Last time I was getting my car serviced, there was a customer there from Danville, so apparently I am not the only one who finds this shop worth the trip. 27 years of experience, factory certified, uses factory parts, dependable, great location and provides great customer service, what’s not to like. I will soon be purchasing a new car and Acura by Doug will still be my first choice for service and repair. Thanks for many years of service.

    Doug is a true professional with great compassion for those of us who have difficult work schedules which make it very hard to set up appointments for maintenance when you can't be without your car during the work week. He did an excellent job and he even came to the shop on a Saturday when he would not normally be working because I explained my work schedule situation to him that does not allow me to be without my car during the week for any amount of time. To make his gesture to help me out more impressive, I did not have a chance to call him until 7pm on Friday night, yet, he still agreed to adjust his schedule so that he could repair my brakes the next morning on a Saturday. Now that is a person with integrity and compassion for his customers!! I would highly recommend anyone to go to Doug for your Automotive repairs. Thanks again Doug! Great job, I will continue to come to you for all of my automotive repairs and maintenance needs for my Honda.
