ac/heater on 1999 Buick Park Avenue

how can i locate the door mode actuator?its blowing hot on the passengers side and cold on the drivers side.

The actuator is located behind the glove box. My 1995 Buick Park Avenue Ultra had this problem. It was fixed with a new actuator at a cost of $250 (price of part plus $100 lsbor)

Yesterday when I shut the car off the AC and heater motor kept running. Try to shut it off but nothing helped. I was told that if I take the fuse out it will quit running. Where is the fuse for it...
