I have a 2010 Ford Fusion 4 cyl. The car was running rough so I took it to a local shop with good reviews, Accurate Automotive. I dropped it off and told the manager, the car had original plugs and probably needed a tune up. The manager called me the next day and said it had a bad coil wire and I should probably replace them all.(at $127.00 each-->$528.00 )
I said go ahead and replace the plugs and coil wires if it will fix the problem. I get a call from the manager the next day, the car is still not running right. (low compression --> needs a $2000.00 valve job)
I said that is enough, I paid the $845.00 repair bill, car still running as bad as when I dropped it off. I took the car to a Ford dealership, they had never seen a Fusion engine go bad like mine and said a valve job would not have solved the problem. I ended up having to replace the motor in the Ford Fusion.($4500.00)
I have 4 vehicles, I will never take another vehicle to Accurate Automotive...
