Everything was really great. They made me feel so comfortable and the price was very fair. I only had one issue and that was with the woman that works there.I don't know if she is the owner or a receptionist but I had to walk to pick up my car and I brought my dog along because it's not the best neighborhood. As a responsible owner I brought doggie bags in case of an accident. My dog had to go and I took her outside, immediately I heard her freaking out she was very clear and loud that she was upset. I let her know that I had doggie bags and I would pick it up and she responded with a sarcastic thumbs up. As she went inside I made sure to pick up any mess made, I walked in and there she was throwing a tantrum about it. She didn't see me until I told her for the second time that I had picked it up and then her whole demeanor changed but it was too late, I had seen her true colors I honestly think she needs to work on her customer service skills and I would have given this place a higher score if I had never encountered her. I would bring my car back to this place because they did a superb job but I might think twice if I see whoever that rude lady was. She set a horrible first impression and for their own benefit in their business I would at least hold off from being rude until the customer left.
