    Based on the recommendations of others, I took my Honda CR-V in for resolution of a rattle that had developed in the back. Steve called me to tell me that he'd found that the muffler bracket had been bent somehow so the muffler was causing the noise. He bent it back for me. When I picked up the car, I was expecting to pay at least an hour's worth of time for him to investigate & resolve the issue, but it was NO CHARGE.

    Needless to say, Steve's shop treated me very well. I would highly recommend to others.
