ac/blower on 1998 Ford Explorer

the ac blower has very little air-flow coming out--i have mice in my garage is there a place in th blower there may be a nest--where is the actual blower to the ac?

Last fall my heated seats stopped working, when spring came my ac blower worked but no ac. They replaced a fuse. Then my low oil indicator needle kept diving and the alarm going off every so often....

Blower works but no Heat or AC tried 3 different repair shops and was told by all to take back to dealership..purchase 2003 ford explorer 3 years ago. Was there every a recall?
