A/C Vents not blowing air on 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser

I am having a problem where the A/C is working fine but the air is not blowing out of the dashboard vents. I can feel very cold air leaking out, and I can hear the blower motor working just fine, but the air is not coming out of the vents. I also find an excess accumulation of water under the car after running the A/C. I'm assuming I have a clogged evaporator line that is causing my problem but don't know where to start to fix it. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

The HVAC Control head, mode control actuator or mode control door may be broken or defective. Refer to a qualified dealership for diagnosis. As for the "excessive accumulation of water under the car, this is normal especially in your area with the high humidity. The A/C is designed to remove moisture from the air, thus the condensate drains out of the vehicle via drain tube on the right side of the vehicle.
