Question: A/C recharging

 Rookie

This was a ice cooling A/C system last year. I never started the AC in last 7 month.Now the air is not cold at all.
I want to recharge A/C system. What should I use, R134 / R12 ? only black cap near the compressor is marked "H". Should I use this route to recharge ?
