Can you tell me where the location is to put in R134a to recharge the A/C? And will the compressor come on for me to put it in?

the access port for the low side is by the dryer. if the system shut down from low freon, the leak must be fixed first. the compressor must be re set to come back on line by either the instrument cluster, scan tool or by taking off a battery cable for about 10 seconds.

Thank you so much for your help. Should the compressor be reset prior to replacing the R134a? Or should the compressor come on while recharging it? Or after. We do have the stop leak kit to put in first.

After reseting the code by removing battery cable, then charge freon, (make sure to pull a vaccum and add a little a/c oil.
