2005 Ford E-150 Q&A

2005 Ford E-150 Question: a/c problem

a/c stops blowing under accelleration or after 60 mph.Comes back on once you level off or slow down??? -
Answer 1
Some use a compressor cut off for best acceleration in hills ect.Does it have constant airflow from ac outlets? If not, it could be a vacuum leaking problem,or a check valve,or a bad vac. reservoir, which is leaking. Does it change to defrosting mode under acceleration? -
Comment 1
NO CONSTANT FLOW,YES IT DOES CHANGE TO DEFROST MODE,THEN TO FLOOR -
