Question: A/C / Heater Fan Noise and Vibration Inside vehicle

A/C and heater works fine. However, when fan control is turned on there is a raddle/vibration noise that is heard and felt. It may be something lodged in fan that must be removed. Where is fan accessed and how, to be able to check and clear for objects? Any special tools or technics required for this?

    There is nothing special in removing the blower motor on your 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The blower motor is located on the underside of the dash on the passenger side. You will need to remove the panel covering the underside of the dash on the passenger side and you may also need to remove the glove box. The blower motor is mounted to the underside of the heater box with screws. Look around inside the blower motor housing for other debris while you have the blower motor out.
