1998 Volvo S70 Question: A/C HEATER BLOWER WILL NOT COME ON
Answer #1Bret Bodas October 04, 2011, 11:48Master
There's not much else except to diagnose why power isn't getting to the blower motor, which quite frankly should have been done before replacing all these parts. You could have something as simple as a bad fuse, poor electrical connection, incorrect part installed and so on.
Is a shop recommending these repairs or are you doing this yourself?

We have checked all of the fuses and they are OK. When I first started having the blower problem, it would only work if it was cold outside. then it quit working alltogether. We are thinking it could be the temperature control?
