This may be an inoperative blend air door. The blend air door directs the air flow through the heater core and the a/c evaporator, so if the door is not working the A/C system may be functioning properly, but the air will be flowing through the heater core.

The air blows out fine, but I can't get it below 70 degrees. I recharged the 134a, cleaned the radiators etc. What else should I look at?
