AC Evaporator May Leak on Volvo V70

A refrigerant leak may develop from the AC evaporator causing the AC to blow warm air. Verifying failure of this component is difficult. A good shop will use leak detection dye to verify a failing evaporator.

2001 Volvo V70 216,000 mi,
Two compressors replaced (first one thought to be defective; replaced at no cost to) within the past year. Second was working fine for a few weeks then no cold air. Had it recharged; cold air for a day then nothing. I suspect a refrigerant leak. Any advice would appreciated - thanks.
