Question: A/C cycles rapidly on and off during idle ICV is working properly

I cleaned the idle control valve, cleaned the fuel injectors, changed the spark plugs, timing belt was changed less than 5000 miles ago, and she runs better however, the a/c sounds like it is turning on and off.

    You need to check the state of charge in the A/C system. It sounds like it is low.

    Honda told me the key. Remove the two 12mm bolts from the back of the Idle Air Control valve and move it back a couple of inches. There are two holes int he IAC, the one on the right is open and the one on the left has a screen. The screen on mine was completely clogged with carbon. I scraped it off so that I could see the screen. Just bolted it back down and the car runs great.
