A/C cut in and out during accelerating and will not operate on high. on 2003 Chevrolet Malibu

The last time this happen, the replace a value in the dish of my car, the dealer who repair it least than 18 months is out ob business. What should I do, the car has 36,000 miles and it the only problem. thank you

Customer Concern: The blower motor comes on high and then shuts off. Intermittent. Can hear a relay going on. Works on speed 5, not on 1-4. Also stops Daytime Running Lights (DRL) operation at the same time blower is inoperative. Tests/Procedures: 1. Test voltage at HVAC CTRL labeled 20 amp fuse with fan set in speeds 1-4. 2. If voltage is not same as across the battery test voltage in and out of the ignition switch during the same conditions. 3. Test terminal contact, replace ignition switch. this is only a A/C problem Cutting in and out, if I hate the gas pedal hard the a/c will cut off. it not air flow or the blower it a/c control. I have just put a new battery in the car and the check the output of the ATl. the Alt is working correctly. This problem occur during driving not on start up
