Question: AC compressor shuts off

ac gets plenty cold but in less than 1 minute compressor will shut off & wont come back on unless car is restarted,ac otherwise works normal, compressor can be kept working by cycling with EC button on controll head as long as its done before compressor shuts off

    Sounds like low refrigerant level in system causing the pressure to go too low, shutting down the compressor. You may need to have the A/C pressures checked to see if it's low on refrigerant. That's the simplest problem probably and a good place to start.
