If the system is fully charged, you need to go to the ac compressor, check for power at the clutch assembly and work your way backwards. There should be 12 volts at the compressor clutch. A common problem with this vehicle if it is in fact fully charged is the low cutoff switch located at the dryer assembly. You can quickly jump out this two wire switch to see if compressor operates.
