MasterHello, The system that controls the airflow in the climate system will need to be checked out. For starters, take it to a high quality Mercedes independent shop, or the dealership and have the software checked, there is an upgrade for this system that ma address this issue. Have the shop check the Mercedes Technical Service Bulletin 95-0801
