AC BLOWER MOTOR NOT WORKING on 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis

BLOWER MOTOR NOT WORKING, TOOK IT OUT AND HAVE POWER ON HOT WIRE BUT NO GROUND. PUT FIRE TO MOTOR OUTSIDE AND IS WORKING. WOULD THE RESISTOR MODULE MAKE ME LOOSE MY GROUND?

When I turn on my turn signals(either way), the flasher flashes irattically.Sometimes it's ok and then it will become irratic. Is this a problem with the control or the flasher?
Blower motor stopped running. Blower motor and blower start relay appear to be ok because blower runs when I jumper hot side of blower to plug in wiring harness and ground side of blower to ground....
