Small fan isn't rotating. Why no cool air or heat? Lines need to be blown out?

    Sounds like your blower motor is not working. Check fuses first. Turn fan control on the highest setting and check for 12 VDC at the blower motor two wire connector. The blower motor is on the passenger side under the dash. You may have to remove a kick panel to see into dash from floor board. If you have the proper voltage the blower is bad. If you dont have the proper voltage there is a problem with th wiring leading up to the blower motor connector.
