what are the all the components that comprise the abs system and are covered under the recall

A typical ABS setup includes speed sensors at some or all of the wheels, potentially in the transmission as well. A controller for the system, a hydraulic system of pumps, isolation valves, and dump valves. Your best bet would be to contact a Chrysler dealer for info on the recall.
