These ABS Control Modules have some problems with the ABS pump motor running all the time, are you hearing that noise? Is the ABS light on? Or are you getting ABS activation at low speeds? I've seen this caused by bad wheel speed sensors, dirty sensors and module problems. Get it checked out by a shop to determine what the problem is for sure.
