Question: ABS lights and ( IP ) Brake lights on. Can you help?

My truck ABS light and the IP BRAKE light comes on at the same time. When they come on I can turn the ignition off and start the engine again and the lights will be off. While traveling on the road sometimes the lights come and sometimes they will be off, but when they come on they will be on for the duration of the trip. Can you help?
