1996 Pontiac Grand Am Question: ABS LIGHT COME ON ONCE IN A WHILE WAS TOLD ABS SENSOR IS BAD

ABS LIGHT COMES ON ONCE IN A AWHILE. WHEN I TURN THE CAR OFF AND BACK ON IT GOES OUT. MECHANIC SAID IT COULD BE A ABS BRAKE SENSOR. HOW CAN YOU TELL WHICH SENSOR IS BAD?????? -

You'll want to pull the codes from the module, that will help to isolate the issue. Once you have the code, perform the appropriate troubleshooting to find the problem. -

You'll need a scan tool that can read the codes in your car. I advise you take it to a repair shop and have it looked at. -
