Question: ABS, ESP & BAS lights continuously luminated and front wheels are in locked position

i cannot drive my vehicle as the front wheels are in a locked position and the ESP and BAS and the ABS lights are continuously luminated.

    This sounds like a complete failure of a major component or components in your brake system--maybe calipers, maybe master cylinder, maybe ABS control module. Maybe multiple components. You'll need a shop to do the diagnosis and repair.

    my brakes start to pulsate or seem like they are not there.
