I fixed my ABS controller by getting a used one from VOVO AUTO PARTS I had a garage take the old one out and got a matching one with the same number and had it put in. No computer work . Just had to clear the codes. Only $250 verses $1300.

ABS light had gone on and off for a while. My service guy mentioned that it really needed to be replaced, as if it didn't, ultimately, the car engine would stop. The car ran fine, brakes worked fine. At around the same time, my transmission was working strangely. Car would double shift on it's own, or at takeoff, would hesitate, as if in neutral. Yesterday, sounded like something broke - and it's not driveable at all. Having it towed this afternoon to get fixed. I could go 2-3000 RPM, and still only go a mile or two and hour. Not happy.

I have the same exact problem as #6 Report. How did the owner reprogam the BCM after it was purchased from XEMODEX? My dealer says it will cost me $1,400 to replace.
