Is sounds like a problem in the ABS system. Dosen't matter if your brakes are new or not. A shop needs to perform a diagnostic scan to determine the issues with the ABS system and why the warnings are coming up.

when this light comes on, it has nothing to do with pads and rotors. it is a saftey system that is built into the brakes that stop them from locking up on panic stops. a shop with a scan tool is needed to pull the code, check the failure and give you a bid for repair. Roy
