I went to the dealership got a diagnostic test only problem came up was need a new coil and spark plug. I got that fixed and 48 hours later the abs and traction light came on?

most likely a sensor failure which will also de activate the trac system.
have a shop pull the code and idnetify the failed part and give you a bid.

The ignition coils failed a lot intermittently on that year range of 4.0L Jaguar. I even had the car's engine run so poorly you thought the car would not make it back to the shop and yet not set a trouble code. Roy is right you will need the repair shop to attach a scan tool to see what other trouble codes are stored.
