ABS and brake light on on 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Why would these be on and what could it indicate is wrong?

The contorl modules have had problems, but there's always a possibility that something else is wrong, so get it looked at. Here is some info on the ABS Module: http://www.bba-reman.com/content.aspx?content=jeep_cherokee_grand_abs_pump_module_commonly_failing_bba_repair
