    They are honest. Our car was making weird sounds, but they couldn't find anything wrong, so they told us that and didn't charge us anything. They have fixed our cars for 4 years and it's always been right the first time.

    These guys are great. I had a break down this past weekend after coming from LA to SF. Called AAA and they recommended these guys (one of only two AAA shops in Bakersfield apparently). Got it towed to their shop the next morning and after suggesting to them a simple fix that I found online, they went ahead and did it for way less then just repairing the whole part.

    The work they did for me isn't guaranteed because it wasn't a complete fix, but a temporary one to get me home. However, these guys are nice and didn't jerk me around. You can tell they're a good place because the walls are full with other customer letters of thanks and local awards. If I ever break down in the South Central Valley again (hopefully not), I know where I'll go. Thanks!
