Love AAC and all of the employees.
AAC is very customer service driven, along with their professional knowledge of vehicles. I have 3 cars that I have been bringing to AAC for the last 10 years and Scott/Tim have been great to do business with along with his great service crew!
We have been going to AAC for many years. My wife and I bring our cars there, our daughter brings her car there and so does her boyfriend. AAC is an honest shop that works hard to earn your business.
Well done as always.
Very pleased with the service. No extras or unneeded repairs done. Major engine work was done and the final price was what was initially quoted.
The team there is knowledgeable and provides exceptional service.
Good service price quoted was the price we paid.
Good service and professional!
Got no complaints about the service.
Very professional, not pushy on getting other things done. Comfortable atmosphere.
Always very satisfied with your service.
I was quoted a ridiculous amount by another shop for brakes to be done. AAC checked my brakes & not only did I not need all that I had been quoted, but AAC gave me a much better price for what did need to be done!!
The last 2 times I went there I was taken care of to the best of their abilities. And they really came through for me in the position I'm in.
Service was friendly, quick and well done.
Top notch quality service in a friendly environment.
They fixed my problem (a bad wire to the battery and worn out cables) quickly and for a very fair price.
Very good service at good prices!
It has been a while they did a oil change for me.
A major problem occurred a couple of days before I was to drive to Madison and was fixed that day so that I could safely make the trip - well done.
I had my oil changed in Dec. 2016, I am now in Fla. for the winter. I had a battery problem on Feb. 6, 2017 and when I had the hood open I discovered my oil filler cap was missing.
the only thing I didn't like is usually they tell me if there are other things wrong with the car and didn't do that.
I was satisfied with the service.
My last experience was good so far. The people were nice. I was only there yesterday so hopefully, it was fixed correctly. I was provided a ride home which I appreciated (and not expecting). I'm not sure I would recommend AAC Auto because although I've had a few good experiences the one before this last was not good at all. I will use this survey for that experience (I would have written this survey when it happened but I did not receive it). I brought my wife's car in and had the back brakes done. After a few days, a brake alarm came on and I brought it back in. They said they couldn't find any problem, cleared the alarm, and said I should monitor it, hopefully, the alarm won't return. OK, I could agree to that. Within a few weeks, all the brake fluid was leaking out. My wife had to push down to the floor to get any braking. She told me about it and I brought it back in again. They said it was leaking due to bad parts on both sides. Huh? A friend of mine told me it sounds like the job was done incorrectly, perhaps the mechanic didn't close the brake lines properly and they leaked. I understand mistakes happen and we're all human but I want honesty, fix it, and maybe an apology. I had to bring the car in 2 additional times which is such a hassle because my wife was without her car for work, I had to make time to bring it in, and find rides both times.
