    When I took my car there for an oil change I had thought that they would do a great job being a AAA dealer. However, they forgot to tighten 4 of the 5 bolts that secure an under engine cover. The cover had to be removed to gain access to the oil filter. The next day I saw the cover dangling from the underside of the engine by one loose bolt. I lost the other 4 during driving or they were never on there to begin with. Not happy.
