    BEWARE... This repair facility is NOT to be trusted.
    I took my "new" used car into AAA Car Care on Buckeytown Pike for a Maryland inspection in early 11/2012. I was told that my auto needed over $1000 worth of work including new brake pads & rotors, rear shocks and a new end tie rod. They charged $85 for the inspection (I have since found that the common rate for MD inspection in my area is $69.00). I called 3 other local auto repair shops for repair estimates of the listed items and got quotes ranging from $495 to $800. I made an appointment with the shop who gave me the mid-range price quote. To my surprise, the mechanic (who is also a certified MD inspector) called to tell me that NOT ONE of the listed repair items from the AAA Car Care Inspection report were needed in order for my vehicle to pass Maryland Inspection. I am an AAA member. I wonder what this shop charges non-AAA members?? Needless to say, I will not be returning to this repair facility.
