Our review of AAA Car Care in Summersville revealed a shop that is not only open to non AAA members, but more importantly, they employ a solid group of trained and experienced personnel. The shop is equipped with the needed tools and equipment needed to diagnose and repair your vehicle and they pride themselves on "being able to handle the most difficult problems that other shops cannot". They offer a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty, 2 years/24,000 miles if you are a AAA member!

  Their performance can be viewed in many ways: -They listen to me patiently and answer my questions on my level of understanding. -They are thorough in their mechanical examination(s) and advice. - Their director has a BS degree in mechanical engineering; his knowledge is outstanding and he works with other employees to form an excellent team. - Each mechanic who has worked on my car has proved to me that the purpose of their knowledge and repair is to provide me with an excellent car. - All employees greet everyone with a smile, kindness, information, and assistance. - I advise them to others!

  I was told I needed a serpentine belt and Oxygen sensor, when I reminded the service man I had those repairs done on 12/2/11 and this was 12/12/12, tried to convince me they only lasted a year, Made no sense, I have had the car for 160,000 miles, replaced both once and now they only last a year? Left, went straight to Ford Dealer and no, I did not need those repairs and 3000 miles later, still do not need either one and my car runs great and gets good gas mileage. Makes me question all the work I have had completed by them in the past. Would never refer anyone to them. They truly tried to get an additional $1000.00 from me, had I not remembered the repairs, he knew they had been done a year earlier, I would have believed him. Thank you

  Quality repair service at a reasonable price. I have had brakes replaced, wheels balanced and aligned, oil changes and anything else that might need attention. AAA Care is the go to place!

  I took my motorhome in thinking it had a noisy injector. Analysis showed weak spark plugs and a weak coil. After this tune up, it runs quiet and raised gas mileage from 7.5 to 9 mpg. Thanks AAA

  Very professional, courteous, and explanations of what was done so I understand. Also, put paper on my light gray floor mat so soiled shoes would not mess up my mat. This shows how much care these people take to keep customers.

  AAA told me I needed tie rod ends. I took my car to another repair shop that I trust and who told me I needed ball joints, not tie rod ends. The cost was much less. Another time they correctly diagnosed a replacement of wheel bearings. The price quoted was much higher than what I actually paid for the repair at another facility.
