    I've taken my car there several times. They're good at diagnosing problems that other shops have missed instead of chasing symptoms, and I trust them not to make up with unneeded repairs. Their rates are reasonable if not cheap (~$95 an hour for labor) and it's close to metro. They also are sometimes open fairly late in the evenings so I can get some work done on my car without missing work. On the downside, they're not clear about when your car will be ready and communicating progress to you. I've had to stay on their case pretty much every time about when my car would be ready and get specifics about parts I needed to order. I'll continue to take my car there for the more-BMWish repairs and unknown problems, but for routine maintenance, I'd look elsewhere.
