  I have brought my last three cars to Tim at A-One Auto. The work seems to be decent. They have always fixed my cars and if there is anything that goes wrong on whatever they have repaired, I have always brought it back and they repair the part again when under warranty, or work and give a discount (had a bad distributor in an old altima that made me return twice after the original repair).

  The customer service at A-One has always been great. You drop off the car at the shop and they drop you off at the metro. You come on the metro to get your car, and they come and pick you up and bring you back to the shop all at no additional cost.
