Question: a mechanic at a shop was paid to do a trans and he cracked the housing

I took it to a different shop where they inspected it and told me their findings.it's not getting the first gear.everthing found is pertaining to the trans repair. what should I do.they are refusing that they done damage and they don't want me to return .they were disrespectful and rude.

    Document everything, tell the shop that did the damage you will file a claim with the BAR, BBB, and write unfavorable reviews with Angies list and Yelp. Keep everything civil and personable and if that fails you have the option to bring them to small claims court.

    Thanks.Is it true that I have to take my vehicle to three different shops that does transmissions to inspect it.before I go to court or BBB,BAR.
