A lot of white smoke out of the exhaust when I first take off in the morning, on 1999 Cadillac DeVille

I recently replaced the #1 spark plug due to an engine miss. It took care of that problem, but now I notice there is a lot of white smoke coming from my exhaust when I first take off after the car has been sitting. I don't notice the smoke after the car warms up. I don't know if it's related to the spark plug or the weather being colder, but it's a LOT of white smoke.

Cadillac Northstar engines are notorious for bad head gaskets due to the head bolts coming loose from its aluminium block...I would have it block tested.

Thank you for the information. We took it to a service station, and although they didn't block test it, they do suspect it is the head gasket. We were hoping it wasn't since the smoke goes away once the car warms up. Unfortunately, this car has been a headache for the entire 6 months we've owned it.
