Very friendly on the phone, but could not repair my A/C issue. Broke a trim part on engine, lost/did not install glove box light back in car. Left out screws after taking glove box out. Said A/C had a bad ground and couldn't find it. I discovered a "cold solder" in a relay. Also stated A/C was a little low on freon, once I repaired the bad relay A/C acts like they took out freon because it just blows cool air now. Before it was ice cold.
