Check ALL fuses with a test light, it going to be a high amp fuse IF that's the problem. Under the hood most likely.

I have a test light. Do i pull the fuse or how do i test it

Just ground the clip on the test light and probe the fuses on each side of each fuse through the little opening atop the fuses. Do not remove fuses to check. Turn key on before checking. CHECK ALL OF THEM! The bad fuse will only light up the test light when touching the fuse on one side of the fuse. If light comes on at each side of the fuse, that fuse is ok, go to the next one and so on. If no blown fuses found, stop there and get a mechanic to check it out for you!

Headlights typically do not have a fuse.....circut breaker protected internal to headlight switch. You may have a body ground cable problem. Also Gm sometimes has 2 positive battery cables stacked at positive side of battery. Check for corroded conection at the battery.
